At Mister Vapor Ontario, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel and accessories are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship to Mister Vapor

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Ontario postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
